The alpenrost coffee roaster is consider one of the quietest roaster, a quality which I am sure you or your family would appreciate in the long run. Then, as a drum roaster it is also able to achieve a more even and consistent roast. And it is one of the roaster which till now, has no complaints from first time user on its ease of use.
